One of FG Pizza & Italian's first tools that we put on our site... and the first product video when Natalia was 8 years old. It is the perfect mixing tool where ones doesn't want that clump of un-mixed stuff that sticks in the bowl of a spoon.
If there is a tool that can be named, "the best tool for the job that doesn't cost a lot with a simple design..." the Danish Dough Whisks are it. We use both sizes in our kitchen and they're wonderful.
Clean up is super easy too. see the video below.
Made in Poland and these are solid construction. The Danish Dough Whisk, is perfect for combining batters, preferments, wet and sticky dough, cookie dough, etc. My sister taught me that it is even perfect for mixing ground meat and spices for meatloaf, meatballs, and sausage.
Our new bread scoring knives are really wonderful. Made in France and also called a grignette, it's made of malleable plastic with a stainless steal, razor-sharp blade. If holding a straight lame is not comfortable to your hand, just bend and mold it until it feels right. A really great feature.
Light as a feather, and complies with food-safe regulations. The very sharp, stainless-steel cutting edge is protected by plastic until it's ready to be used.
This is definitely our favorite scoring blade. Sold in sets of three.
Simply place this ricer over any bowl or pot, squeeze the gadget's handles and the potatoes ooze right through the holes in the canister.
Stainless steel construction, 3.5" x 10.5" x 3.75" and it holds 2.5 C. This item is dishwasher safe, however we recommend hand washing in order to extend the life and beauty of the item.
A great classic pasta tool. Traditionally this is used to cut pasta or dough for filled pastries and latticework pie tops and creates the traditional ZigZag design to the edges of Ravioli.
Also known as a "jagger" to English bakers, it can also be used to cut cracker dough into squares with a pretty fluted edge.

"Cuts like a hot knife through butter!"
When one uses the right tool for the right job, it makes life a whole lot easier. Well this is the right tool.
This professional pizza cutter is truly high quality. The size is substantial and it makes pizza night fun because clean up is easy.
Those cheap wooden-handle pizza cutters just don't cut it (sorry for the "pun"). They don't last and they're made cheap for "home use". These professional cutters are sturdy and offer a smooth roll as you slice your pie. Furthermore, after a big pizza night... it's nice that these can be thrown right into the dishwasher.
These cutters have a 4" rolling blade and should be the last one that you buy, since the blades can be sharpened and the cutting wheels are replaceable, if needed.
4" Stainless Steel blade, great "thumb-guard" design. If you would like to see it in action, check it out in the Pizza Cutters 101 video located on our FG Instructional Videos page.
