We get a lot of requests from our customers for a mobile peel stand. When there is not a convenient place to hang a peel rack or a tool rack for your tools, this little gem is the answer.
We have fully tested it and we LOVE IT. Great for wood and metal peels.
Measures: 15.5" high by 16" wide. The footing is 6.5" back to front. This holders supports up to a 14" peels.
Made of stainless steel, this rack is very sturdy. It has a hole in it's support floor with a secured rubber base. This allows peels with rounded heads to rest in a protected cushion and does not dull or bend the edge.

In Naples, they make the pizza on a marble counter top and then "drag" the pie from the counter to the peel.
This peel is perforated, which allows most of the flour to fall from the bottom of the pizza, as it is scooped onto the peel, and before it enters the oven. Thus promoting a cleaner oven.
Weighing in less than 1 pound, the peel head measures approximately 13" across and a white anodized aluminum alloy head. The handle is 23" long, and a light-blue anodized aluminum handle which cools down quickly. Overall length is approximately 38 inches, from tip to tip.

When one uses the right tool for the right job, it makes life a whole lot easier. Well this is the right tool.
This professional pizza cutter is truly high quality. The size is substantial and it makes pizza night fun because clean up is easy.
Those cheap wooden-handle pizza cutters just don't cut it (sorry for the "pun"). They don't last and they're made cheap for "home use". These professional cutters are sturdy and offer a smooth roll as you slice your pie. Furthermore, after a big pizza night... it's nice that these can be thrown right into the dishwasher.
These cutters have a 4" rolling blade and should be the last one that you buy, since the blades can be sharpened and the cutting wheels are replaceable, if needed.

This small-headed peel is used to spin and remove pizzas or pans from the oven, or adjust and place logs on the fire. Stainless-steel head, and stainless-steel rod. The smooth-sliding and heat-resistant plastic handle improves accuracy of movement, and allows ease of operation and accuracy.
Dimensions: Round Perforated Head: 9", Handle Length 59", Weight 2.3 lbs. Older pictures represent this tool with round holes, but this is not made any longer. The manufacturer has redesigned this product to sport oblong perforations.
Frankie G's notes: I personally have used this since the first firing of my oven. Note the sliding handles. These peels are fixed with one secure handle at the end, and one sliding handle on the stainless-steel rod. This allows its operator to easily maneuver the peel where needed, without readjusting one's hands. GREAT design! It's not only a necessity, it's really fun to use.

Frankie G's notes: I personally use this tool with every firing of my oven. The best feature is its sturdy aluminum construction. After moving coals and raking an oven, it will cool down pretty quickly. This is the best tool for the money.
