We are so proud to offer these wonderful pieces of art. Hand-made especially for FG pizza & Italian. These corzetti stamps are beautifully handcrafted to FG pizza's specifications. Here we offer a corzetti stamp made of solid walnut wood. (we also have them in Maple Wood.)
What is a corzetti stamp? It is a wooden tool, in two pieces, that assist the pastaiolo to make beautiful imprinted Ligurian pasta discs.
Since each corzetti stamp is hand-made, no two are exactly identical. Each include their own imperfections, adding to the authenticity of the final product. Together, both pieces stacked on top of each other stand approximately 5.75 inches high.
The base piece is both a "cutter" on one side and a decorative 5-sprig wheat design stamp on the other side. The top piece has a beautifully decorative knob handle that fits comfortably in ones hand, with a flower design stamp on the bottom end.
The bottom stamp is approximately 2.5 inches high. The top portion is approximately 3.25 inches high. (sizes may vary slightly since these are handmade). The diameter of both the top and bottom stamp are the same, measuring about 1 7/8 inches.
To see the hand-carved bottoms of the corzetti stamp close up, please click HERE
These stamps are in limited supply, and may not be available from time to time. If you want one, we advise that you order one right away.

After the pizza party or after the bread baking - when your oven is slowly cooling down - that's when this beautiful Pentola enters the scene. Cook dried beans, short ribs, soup, stews, anything that requires low and slow.
Terracotta is an ancient method of cooking, and ideal for cooking slow and at low temperatures. It encourages an exchange of flavors, enhances aromas and imparts special taste to food by distributing heat in a uniform and gradual way.
Made in Italy, these pots show individual characteristics of very fine "cracks" called "crazing" or "veining." This is not a defect, but a characteristic of flame resistant terracotta, allowing for the micro-vapors of steam to be released evenly into the food during cooking.
Measuring 9" tall and 11.5 inches at its widest point, this deep red cooking vessel is the classic Italian "dutch oven".
This method of cooking has been used for producing some of the most delectable and delicious cuisine in Italy since before early Roman times. And as we all know the Italians certainly know a thing or two about excellent food. Terracotta pots for stew, bean, sauce, potato, bread and roasting pots for meats and veggies.
This is just about the coolest invention. I know that my mother and grandmother wished they had one... The only way they could stop stirring the pot... was to teach me to do it!
...and after they taught me to cook... I looked around for the next victim. Well not anymore!
For those who make polenta and large pots of sauce, this is for you - AND THIS THING WORKS!!
This automatic pot stirrer will fit two-handled sauce pots from 9" to 14" or 9-16 quarts. It's powered by 4 "C" batteries, stirs continuous or intermittently and comes with two heat-resistant blades (up to 375 degrees). 2 stackable blades stir at different levels for better consistency. Color available: Black
Simple to use, clean and store (easily folds flat into any kitchen drawer). This great invention stirs your precious sauces, candies, or polenta and gives the chef time to relax or extra time to prepare something else.
Leave it to the Italians, for simplicity and functionally simple designs. This ball-forming tool is made in Italy and assists your speed in creating arancini and meatballs in similar portion sizes. Promoting even cooking and consistent serving sizes.
Imported and made in Italy, these forming scissors measure 7 inches long, and 2.5 inches at their widest point. They are made of aluminum and each scooping section has "exit holes" to allow for over flow, making a 1.75 inch ball.
Three very high-quality French-made wooden spoons that will fit all your cooking needs.
15.75 inches long from tip to tip and made from sold wood. It's got a .75 inch heavy handle that is 12.5 inches long. The spoons head is just under 2.5 inches wide and about 3.5 inches long.

My grandmother used a pan just like this one. Nonna Agatha, would make her dough the same day and let the dough rise twice, then the final raise in the pan. She made a Sicilian sfincione which our family calls Civata. Her Civata was made with lots of olive oil, a sauce from crushed tomatoes & green onion, then topped with anchovy, breadcrumbs, Romano cheese, and oregano. Our family still makes it for family gatherings.
We have done lots of experimentation with these pans. We've roasted veggies and meats and made great Focaccia, Sicilian Pizza and Sfincione in them, where the bottom of the crust fries to a toasted golden brown. Just delicious.
It is a beautiful white enameled steel pan, measuring 16 inches long, 12 inches wide and 1.5 inches deep. The tapered edges of the pan allows one to remove their Focaccia / Sfincione with little effort. The pan can be transferred from the refrigerator directly to the oven, then to the table. The beautiful white, baked-on porcelain finish makes it really easy to clean.
With enough use, the finish may tarnish just as the finest le Creuset enameled cookware.

These one-of-a-kind pedestal bowls are exclusively handcrafted for FGpizza! The perfect size for olives, candy, salt, pizza toppings - just about anything.
Each bowl is unique and made by hand in Northern California by artisan Bill Funkhouser of Terra Forno Pottery. Standing 2.5" tall, this charming bowl stands on a 2.5" wide pedestal and presents an opening of 5.25" at its widest point. Since each bowl is hand-crafted, no two are exactly alike.
Like our casuellas, the glaze is food safe. The clay is fired to a point where it is almost vitreous so the clay can absorb a small amount of water. This pottery is oven, microwave and dishwasher safe, but we suggest hand washing to preserve the quality and life of the bowl. The color of the clay will evolve over time with use, cooking and washing.
Since it is made of clay, it will break if mishandled. One should not soak them in water before use. Maximum temperature recommendation 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

The best cannoli are those made at home. The best were made by my Aunt Pina, but you can do them just as good with FGpizza's cannoli forms.
Simply cut a 3-inch circle of dough, wrap it around a tube and drop it in the oil. Once cooled, the tube is removed to add filling.
Forms are made of Made of stainless steel and measure 5 1/2" long by 7/8" wide. Set of 4 and packaged pretty enough for gift giving!
Recipe for dough and filling included. Wanna see something cute? Natalia made a vlog about us making cannoli here's Natalia's video she made of us making Cannoli together.

Using a rolling pin without handles keeps one's hands more involved and closer to the dough. This allows better control on thickness and less probability to "skip" and/or "fold-over" dough, ruining the smooth surface one strives to achieve.
This beech-wood rolling pin is smoothly sanded hardwood and is the ultimate tool for baking and pasta making.
Also works great for those who like to roll their pizza and bread doughs. Since these doughs have more gluten, they can be more elastic than pastry. The thickness of our artisan rolling pin helps you flatten or shape your dough to the thickness you desire.
Measures 19 inches long by 1.75 inches in diameter.
When quality matters, but the Christmas Ravioli Rolling Pin is too big for your kitchen - this is the tool for you!
It's 25" long, with 9 ravioli pockets in each row and 6 rows. That is 54, 1.5-inch sized ravioli pockets for the entire pin.
One of the best features of this solid pin is the space it leaves between each ravioli pocket. The space created assists with a tightly-sealed pasta pocket with enough room between to cut the ravioli with your zig-zag cutter.
Hand-made in America from solid American hard wood. We are very proud of the quality and its superior craftsmanship. To see the quality close up please click HERE
You will be so proud of the ravioli it produces!
Frankie G family recipe included! Hand-wash only. Air dry completely before storing in a cool dry place.
This is the classic wooden ravioli rolling pin just like the one my grandmother used to use and I still use today. It makes nice small squares of ravioli.
The process goes like this:
Roll out a sheet of dough, spread filling on the right half of the pasta, then fold the left half of the dough over the filling to sandwich the filling between the pasta.
To make ravioli, dust the filled-pasta sheet liberally and roll with rolling pin. THAT'S IT!
Rolling pockets will make ravioli cuts of 1.5" x 1", with 4 rows of 10 ravioli pockets per row. The barrel is 10.25" long and 2" in diameter plus the handles. Overall size of the ravioli rolling pin is 16.75".
Simply place this ricer over any bowl or pot, squeeze the gadget's handles and the potatoes ooze right through the holes in the canister.
Stainless steel construction, 3.5" x 10.5" x 3.75" and it holds 2.5 C. This item is dishwasher safe, however we recommend hand washing in order to extend the life and beauty of the item.
A great classic pasta tool. Traditionally this is used to cut pasta or dough for filled pastries and latticework pie tops and creates the traditional ZigZag design to the edges of Ravioli.
Also known as a "jagger" to English bakers, it can also be used to cut cracker dough into squares with a pretty fluted edge.
To see the cutter in action, check out our Christmas Ravioli Video
Made in Italy.
Solid beech-wood rollers. Great for corners, and flattening dough in tight areas.

Solid construction. Hand wash.
A really wonderful and simple old-school Italian pasta tool. What does it do? It helps you make a tube pasta with ridges on the outside (think penne rigati)

It provides much more than its devised purpose. The wooden spoon would stir large pots of Sunday gravy and would always help one navagate to the best meatball or sausage in the pot. It acted as Mama and/or Nonni's pointing tool, while doubling as the best Italian corrective-action tool to keep challenging kids in line!
I'm gonna get the wooden spoon if you don't behave. Us Italian kids would hear from time to time.
Here at FGpizza, have chosen a very high-quality, French-made wooden spoon that will fit all those needs (especially the latter).

Southern Italian Desserts - Rediscovering the Sweet Traditions of Calabria, Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, and Sicily
An authentic guide to the festive, mouthwatering sweets of Southern Italy, including regional specialties that are virtually unknown in this country as well as variations on more popular desserts such as cannoli, biscotti, and gelato.
In Southern Italian Desserts, author of the acclaimed My Calabria, Rosetta Costantino, collects seventy-five favorite recipes from the regions of Calabria, Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, and Sicily. These picturesque areas have a rich history of beautiful desserts, many of them tied to holidays and festivals. For example, Zeppole di San Giuseppe are doughnut-like pastries topped with cream and cherries, traditionally made in Campania for the celebration of Father’s Day. And the Sicilian chilled watermelon pudding Gelo di Mellone is a refreshing dish served in summer for the festival of Palermo’s patron saint, Rosalia. Other desserts such as persimmon gelato, chocolate-dipped figs stuffed with almonds and candied orange peel, and chocolate-hazelnut cake rolls celebrate Southern Italy’s local bounty and traditional foods. With recipes for more familiar Italian desserts such as cannoli and gelato, as well as deliciously obscure sweets such as rich cassatas, almond-flecked cookies, and flaky cream-filled sfogliatelle pastries, Southern Italian Desserts features a treat for every occasion.
In addition to explaining the regional history, symbolism, and lore behind the desserts, Costantino teaches you how to stock your dessert pantry and provides all of the foundational recipes you need to embark on a sweet tour of the Italian south from your kitchen. This delightful confection of a cookbook will expand your dessert repertoire and leave you dreaming of Italy. Buon appetito!
We have been searching for this item and ultimately partnered with local craftsmen who makes these Mattarelli exclusively for FG Pizza & Italian. We've collaborated to produce a very high quality replication of the Tuscan pasta tool, and we are very proud. Production is limited to our craftsman's availability. If we are out of stock, please ask to be on our waiting list and we will get you one.
Turned from solid maple to a width of 1 7/8" wide in diameter, the mattarello allows the pastaiolo to "feel" the roll, with enough weight to help roll the pasta to a beautiful, almost translucent, 1/8-inch thick.
The length of each pin is 39 inches long, including a knobbed end for hanging, allowing for the traditional wide roll of pasta. Perfect for rolling out pasta to make into long cuts (fettuccine, tagliatelle, linguine, pappardelle, etc.) and ideal for the large wide roll to make cappellini, tortellini, etc.
Rolling pasta with this pin is not only a tradition, but an art. Egg pasta is made by hand then allowed to rest for 30 minutes to 24 hours (in the refrigerator). The rested pasta is then rolled to a 1/8" thickness by artfully flattening a single layer, and classically overlapping layers for a traditional and functional roll of all layers. The soft-pointed end of our mattarello allows freshly rolled sheets of pasta to easily slide off the pin during rolling, without "catching" and tearing on a "blocked" rough edge.
One should not wash the mattarello with water. It may be wiped with a damp cloth and thoroughly dried before putting away. We suggest hanging the mattarello by its knob to prevent warping. Store in a cool, clean, dry place.
We will be adding a video shortly.
