Our heavy duty Baking Steel is made of recycled steel and is virtually indestructible. We have pre-seasoned the steel with an organic blend of oil so it arrives at your door ready to use. It comes standard at 16 inches X 14 inches, fitting most conventional home ovens, as well as barbecue grill surfaces. Our Baking Steel heats evenly and produces what I think is the best pizza ever made at home.

There is also an optional carrying case for the rectangle stone. Great for storing the steel when not in use, or transporting the steel to a another location.

We have been asked for this item ever since our Oven Video came out on YOUtube.

Our pizza cutting board is the most-used item at our pizza parties. EVERY pizza gets cut on it, and pizza is either served from it or slid off of it onto the perfect serving tray.

Our pizza cutting board peels are made in the USA from wood materials that leave a low-carbon footprint and ECO-friendly. They are approved by the Forest Stewardship Council (fsc.org), and NSF approved. They are dishwasher safe, can withstand temperatures of 350 degrees, and its surface will not dull your knifes. (now that's pretty cool)

The peel is 3/16" thick, with a width of 14" wide, and 21" long (including handle) - and can be used in a home or woodfired oven.

Made in Italy, these peels are of the highest quality and are the lightest pizza peels in the world!

In Naples, they make the pizza on a marble counter top and then "drag" the pie from the counter to the peel.

This peel is perforated, which allows most of the flour to fall from the bottom of the pizza, as it is scooped onto the peel, and before it enters the oven. Thus promoting a cleaner oven.

Weighing in less than 1 pound, the peel head measures approximately 13" across and a white anodized aluminum alloy head. The handle is 23" long, and a light-blue anodized aluminum handle which cools down quickly. Overall length is approximately 38 inches, from tip to tip.
